Behind the Scenes

From a 2-Sentence Brief to a Finished Video

No black box. Here's the exact path your brief takes from the moment you hit send to the finished video in your inbox.

Quick answers

Short, direct answers to the questions people ask most.

How long does it take to get a finished video?

Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days from the moment we receive your brief. Rush delivery is available on request.

What do I actually have to send?

Whatever you have. A product photo and a short description is enough to start. Clips, a link to your website, old footage or an example ad you like all help.

Do I need to film anything myself?

No. That is the point of the service. We build the video from the material you already have plus your brief.

How many revisions do I get?

You get revisions on each video so it lands right. Tell us what to change and we adjust — you approve before you post.

Will the video be the right size for my platform?

Yes. Every video is delivered in the correct format for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and websites.

Most video services hide the process. You send money into a void and hope. We'd rather show you exactly what happens — because once you see it, the price and the speed stop looking mysterious.

Step 1

You send a short brief

That's it. Two sentences is genuinely enough. You don't need a script, a shot list, or a storyboard.

"Make a 30-second video for our new rum cocktail menu — sunny, fun, aimed at couples on holiday."

That brief tells us the product, the mood, and the audience. Everything else is our job.

Step 2

We plan it

Our team breaks your brief into the pieces a video actually needs: the concept, the script, the visual direction, the voice, and the format for each platform.

If you want a version in another language, or a specific person presenting it, this is where that gets set.

Step 3

We produce it

The script gets written, the visuals and voice get generated, and the whole thing comes together as a rough cut — with on-screen captions, because most people watch with the sound off.

Step 4

We check it before you see it

Every video is reviewed for quality, accuracy, and brand fit before it goes anywhere near your inbox. Nothing lands in front of you half-finished.

Step 5

You get it, sized and ready

You receive the finished video in the formats you need — vertical for Reels and TikTok, square for the feed, horizontal for YouTube or your website. Captioned and ready to post, no extra editing.

About the 2–3 business days: that timeline exists because a real person reviews every video before delivery. It's the difference between "fast" and "fast and right."

What you actually have to do

  • Send the brief — about five minutes.
  • Tell us if you'd like one round of changes.
  • Post it.

Everything else — concept, script, production, captions, resizing, quality check — is on us.

Why we built it this way

Hiring a videographer means coordinating schedules, locations, and crew. Editing it yourself means learning software and losing evenings. Both end the same way for most small businesses: a great first video, then nothing for months.

This process exists to make the fifth video as easy as the first one. That's the whole point.

Send us two sentences

That's all it takes to get started. We'll take it from there.
